Our Story
We first became involved with the Tunnel to Towers foundation in 2016 through our volunteer service with the inaugural Charlotte Tower Climb, Charlotte’s crown Tunnel to Towers event. We’ve remained involved in every Charlotte T2T climb since. A few years ago, we identified a need and desire from the residents of Denver, NC, and the surrounding Lake Norman communities for a way to support this great cause. We adopted the name Lake Norman T2T and held our first fundraising event at the Lake Norman Brewery in April 2024. The response was overwhelming, making it a huge success.

Our Mission
Lake Norman T2T exists to provide meaningful support to first responders, military veterans, and their families. Our primary mission is fulfilled through dedicated fundraising on behalf of the Stephen Siller Tunnel To Towers Foundation, achieved through three core events: the annual Lake Norman T2T Golf tournament, the Lake Norman T2T Family Day at the Lake Norman Brewery in Denver, NC, and our Organized Participation in the Charlotte T2T Tower Climb.
As an independent 501(c)(3) organization, Lake Norman T2T maintains the autonomy and agility to offer direct assistance to local heroes. Funds raised outside our signature events are reserved in a special fund to meet urgent or unique local needs as they arise.
